Jo Bentley – Business Information Security Officer of Global Risk Solutions at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Jo is the Business Information Security Officer of Global Risk Solutions market. She is a passionate Cybersecurity professional who has held multiple positions in Information Security, IT, and Project Management across multiple industries -Telecommunication, Financial Services and Banking. Jo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University; Master’s degree in Information Systems and Technology from City University in London. Jo also holds professional certifications PMP, CISM and CISSP.

Tracy Geiger –Business Information Security Officer for Mergers & Acquisitions at Humana
Tracy is the Business Information Security Officer for Mergers & Acquisitions for Humana. She’s brings broad cybersecurity leadership experience and expertise in Healthcare, Financial and Insurance industries into the role. She serves on the Board of Kentuckiana ISACA chapter as well as the EKU College of Business & Technology Dean’s Advisory Council. She’s passionate about increasing interest in cyber as a career among students. Tracy holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) and several professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, PMP).

Ann Hines – Business Information Security Officer at USAA
Ann Hines serves USAA as the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) focusing on the insurance lines of business. She joined USAA in January of 2020 and has over 30 years of experience in the delivery of Information Technology(IT) and Information Security(IS) services in the Financial Services sector. Prior to her current role, Ann served in various IT and IS leadership roles with Capital Group Companies Global (American Funds) and had responsibility for various Cybersecurity Operations, IT Operations, IT Vendor Operations, Data Center Operations, and Security Risk Assessment functions. Prior to her time at Capital Group, Ann was a USAA employee (1997-2007) in both IT and IS roles including as Senior Security Risk Analyst supporting both Enterprise and Banking initiatives.

James Kim serves as the Director of Cyber Security Strategy and Programs at City National Bank of Florida (CNBFL) focusing on developing and maturing the security and risk management programs. He joined CNBFL in May 2022 and has over 15 years of experience as a Cybersecurity professional dedicated to the financial services industry. Prior to joining CNBFL, James has led a variety of initiatives to secure and innovate business solutions, implement a wide spectrum of security technologies to safeguard client data, and develop various information and cybersecurity programs to ensure compliance with the evolving regulatory requirements. Most recently, he established the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) program at City National Bank, “An RBC Company” to innovate partnerships with the lines of business while securely and strategically supporting the growth of the organization.
